Study On Technical of Trusted Time Authentication Server

摘要：

In time-stamping service, it requests that the time is authorized and reliable. So, it is necessary to authority the time needed by time-stamping service. In this paper, we present a system that can authority the time. Using this system, it can ensure the time used by time-stamping service is the national time authority(NTA), for example, in Chinese is National Time Service Center(NTSC). Consequently, it can ensure the time-stamping is credible.
