Design and Realization of a new kind of the yarn online detecting instrument

摘要：

In this paper,a new kind of the yarn online detecting instrument is designed the principal and the hardware structure of the detecting instrument for the yarn quality are introduced. The yarn diameter information by the high accuracy intelligent laser sensor is gathered using the computer control technology and the programmable logic controller (PLC) control is adopted, through the analysis to the yarn sampled signal, the real-time evenness (the Cv％ value) of the yarn is obtained and online demonstrated.The results show it is low cost and can meet detect request, portable、 online detecting、 Electro-optical are innovation spots.It fills the domestic gap in this domain and represents the development of the yarn online detection in cotton factory.
