Reach on the Structure and Character of a Thermal Regulating Fiber
The thermal regulating fibers based on acrylic fiber were characterized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetry (TG) and tensile tester. The results showed that the fiber possessed the morphological structure similar to acrylic fiber,and the outlast fibers had thermal properties were: the latent heat of the outlast fibers were 6.5 J/g in the heating process and 7.5 J/g in the freezing process;the tensile strength was 6.5cN,the elongation at break was 47.1%.
