Preparation and Properties Research of Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)/Silk Blend Nanofibrous Membrane
Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)/silk blend nanofibrous membrane was fabricated by electrospinning of PLGA/SF blend solutions dissolved in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro2-propanol(HFIP). The morphology,molecule structure,mechanical and hydrophilic properties of PLGA/SF blend membrane were investigated by FESEM,FT-IR,Multi-Purpose Tensile Tester and Drop Shape Analyzer. The results showed that the fiber diameter decreased and uniformity changed for the better with the increase of SF. There were miscibility between the molecules and hydrogen bonding interactions between PLGA and SF but the mechanical properties of blend membrane became very poor when the content of SF was more than 40%. Nevertheless hydrophilic properties of blend membrane was improved markedly because of SF.
