Study and Development of New Motorcyclists Racing Suit Protector

摘要：

This paper introduces a new production method of motorcyclists racing suit protector,which is made of thermal-bond fiber and three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester fiber by hot air compression molding. Study shows that when the weight is 60g,the content of three-dimensional hollow polyester crimp fiber is 20％ and the content of vertical setting fiber is 45％,the shoulder protector can reach BS EN1621-1 and BS EN1621-2s requirements. This protector has the characteristics of environmental protection,air permeability and comfort properties. It is of positive significance for the development of back protector,chest protector and kneepad. In addition,it lays the foundation of the development of new motorcyclists racing suit protector.
