Preparation and Characterization of Polypropylene Master-batches Containing Electret for Meltblown Nonwoven
The bicomponent master-batches were prepared by coextrusion of polypropylene and tourmaline fillers, and were characterized by MIA,PI,SEM,DSC and WAXD. Their melting index and viscosity of blends decreased with tourmaline input and temperature decrease. SEM results showed that inorganic particles in blends had relatively good dispersibility. It could be seen from DSC and WAXD curves that Crystalliniry of masterbatches with electret raised firstly then decrease with the rising of tourmaline content. Crystal structure of blends relative to its pure polypropylene did not change.
