Finite Element Calculation on the Quasi-static Impact Performance of 3D Integrated Hollow Woven Structure Composites
3D integrated hollow woven structures are formed together by a number of typical 3D woven structures layers which are connected by the binding yarns in thickness direction. To predict the quasi-static impact process of the 3D integrated hollow structure composites,a FE preprocessing program was builded in this paper. Through comparing the simulated results with the test results,it can be seen that the model is reasonable. And observing from the global effect of the destory, the damaged condition is different for the direction of warp and weft. The damage level of warp direction is more abvious than the one of the weft direction.
