Study on the Morphology,Structure and Mechnical Performances of Electrospun Aligned PAN/Activated Carbon Nanofiber
The morphology,structure and mechnical performances of Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) nanofibers with activated carbon as precursor for carbon nanofibers was investigated. By using rotating drum as the receiving collector,well oriented nanofibers were got at 150rpm. And the ATR-FTIR spectroscopy showed that the chemical composition of PAN nanofiber was unchanged when blending with activated carbon powder. But X-ray revealed that the crystallinity of PAN nanofiber was improved. Moreover,the mechanical properities of PAN nanofibers were decreased with activated carbon powder.
