Effect of Fabric Structure on the Sound Insulation Property of Honeycomb Weave Fabric/PVC Composites Material
In order to study the sound insulation property of honeycomb weave fabric/PVC composite material and its mechanical properties,the honeycomb weave fabric/PVC composites were manufactured from cotton yarns fineness with JC10s/2 and PVC resin with high damp. Two-channel acoustic analyzer was used to analyze the sound insulation property. The results shows that different honeycomb weave fabrics of composites have significant influence on the sound insulation property,of which k is 5 (Tissue circulation count) presenting the best noise reduction. The noise reduction of the composite material is superior to that of a single material.
