A Study on the Kinetics and Thermodynamics of UV-absorber Taken Up to Polyester

摘要：

UV absorbers were used in dyeing of polyester to improve the UV protection and the light fastness of colored fabrics. The kinetics and thermodynamics of UV absorbers taken up to polyester were studied in this paper. The results showed UV-2 with the smallest molecular had the highest uptake and greatest affinity onto polyester,shortest dyeing time,fastest diffusion into the fibres in the selected UVabsorbers.
