Regression Analysis of the Influences of Cylinder Speed on Drawn Sliver in the Irregularity
The cylinder speed had effect on the quality of card web under given weight of feeding;furthermore,it influenced the uniformity of drawn sliver. In order to know the specific relation between cylinder speed and the evenness of drawn sliver,the impact of cylinder velocity on the drawn sliver was analyzed by the single factor analysis of variance. In addition,the relation between cylinder speed and Sashi irregularity of the drawn sliver was also investigated by means of origin75 software. The empirical equation had been established after the analysis on correlation and regression. The result demonstrated that cylinder rate had the conspicuous influence on Sashi irregularity of the drawn sliver and did have the strong linear relevance to Sashi irregularity of the drawn sliver.
