The Heat Conductivity Characterization for the Quasi-single Layer Down Web
Light and warm material, such as down, is arrayed on the warp knitting polyester web which move toward at different speeds. The thickness, surface density, thickness irregularity and the thermal conductivity of spunlaced binding down web were tested under different speeds, and the relationships between them were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the spunlaced binding down web was one kind of very light and thermal-insulated material which was 1.50-3.50mm thickness and 10.0-25.0g/m2 surface density under small load.
