Preparation of Anti-mosquito Textiles with Pesticide ZX-1 and Actual Anti-mosquito Effect Test

Anti-mosquito textiles were treated with carrier finishing method. Effects of the dosage of pesticide, ZX-1 (main component was 2,2-bis(4chlorophenyl)-1,1,1-trichloroethane), the reactive temperature and time, and the dosage of additives on the anti-mosquito textile finishing were discussed. The results showed that, the anti-mosquito of textile was relative to the dosage of ZX-1, the reactive temperature and the dosage of carrier. The optimal treatment process was the concentration of ZX-1 3% (o.w.f), the concentration of carrier 3 g·L-1 with 1.5 hour under 90 oC. On the other hand, it still has anti-mosquito effect after twice rinsing.
