Effect of Modification by Aluminum Tannin on Dyeing Performance of Microfiber Synthetic Leather
The research on modification of microfiber synthetic leather by the method of formic acid pretreatment and Aluminium tannin crosslink. The effect of dosage of formic acid, pretreatment time of formic acid; using amount of Aluminium tannin, crosslink time, temperature and pH value of Aluminium tannin on dye uptake of modified microfiber synthetic leather were investigated. The results showed: on condition that 3% dosage of formic acid, pretreatment time was 60min, 4% using amount of Aluminium tannin, crosslink time was 60min, crosslink temperature was 50℃ and pH value was 6, the dyeing properties of microfiber synthetic leather had been greatly improved.
