Study on Enzymatic Properties of Xylanase

摘要：

The enzymatic properties of xylanase were studied in this article, the optimum incubation conditions were time 20min, pH 6.0 and temperature 60. As dilution fold and the mass of substrate ℃ increased, xylanase activity increased. The xylanase had a high enzyme activity and good stability in 4h.
