Study on Extraction and Application Research on Wool of Tea Pigment
The paper primarily researched that dyeing of woolen fabrics using natural theaflavins. The process of leaching was studied, then dyeing temperature, time, pH, salt and mordants to the effect of dyeing performance, and antimicrobial property and UPF index were studied. Results showed that the best leaching conditions were: temperature 95, ℃ time 45min, ratio 1:35; and the best dyeing conditions were: temperature 100, ℃ time 60min, pH 6.0, NaCl 10g/L. The dyeing effect of Fe2+ was significantly better than other mordants. Simultaneously the following factors were significant, including rubbing fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, antibacterial property and ultraviolet performance of the fabrics after dyeing. Using the simple method can obtain larger ratio of tea pigment. It was provided with “low carbon, “environmental protection advantage.
