Key Factors for Blended Polysulfone/Wool Yarn

摘要：

Blended yarn is a new type of textile which has flame retardancy and wearing comfort. For polysulfone and wools different dyeing property, the process of dyeing respectively before blending is selected in this study. Dyeing of polysulfone fiber is carreid out with cationic dyes which has small compatible values. And weak acid dyes are chosen for wool fiber. In the process of blended production, polysulfone and wool need oleine separately. Effect of the selected Oleine oil on the polysulfones light fastness should be minimized. By using this blending process the color fastness and the flame retardancy of yarn are proved to be better.
