Preparation of Mesoporous Silica SBA-15/Hyperbranched Poly (sulfone-amine) Hybrid and Its Adsorption Capacity to Acid Dye
In the paper, the mesoporous silica SBA15/hyperbranched poly (sulfone-amine) hybrid was synthesized and characterized. As a result, hyperbranched poly (sulfone-amine) had been successfully grafted onto the surface of mesoporous silica SBA-15. The maximum adsorption capacity of the mesoporous silica SBA-15/hyperbranched poly (sulfoneamine) hybrid was three times as that of active carbon. The adsorption equilibrium data could be fitted well by the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Current works have shown these hybrids are very promising in the removal of dye from waste water.
