Development of Knitting Hours Forecasting System on Computerized Flat Knitting Machines

摘要：

Through the analysis of the knitting action process of computerized flat knitting machines, the action elements of impacting knitting hours were decomposed, and the experimental tests for each action elements were carried out. The impacting situation between every action elements and knitting hours were found. And from this, the mathematical model of knitting hours forecasting was established. On the basis of the mathematical models, the calculation program was designed. By comparing the sweaters actual knitting hours and forecasting hours, the feasibility forecasting system was validated. Hence the knitting hours forecasting of the computerized flat knitting machine was realized, which provides objective evidence of cost accounting during manufacturing processing and trading price.
