Study on Female Woolen Uniform Quick Customization Technology
With the increased automation of garment production, apparel manufacturer demands rapid response capability, and fabric processing performances arise widespread concern in the textile and apparel industry. In view of characteristics of light-weight wool fabric and wool blended fabric in the relaxation shrinkage, moisture absorption and bending stiffness and shear stiffness, and based on the analysis of the specialties in the woolen garment design and the type of body somatotype, this article proposed the MTM-based woolen uniform customization services and provided the new benchmark-block for woolen garment enterprise to change business model to be low-carbon and high efficiency, better meet current customer demand structure and obtain new profit apace.
