Effects of Scouring Enzymes on Amylase Activity

In this paper, the method of analyzing amylase activity was first studied, and the appropriate dilution fold of original enzyme in the method was obtained. The optimum enzyme reaction conditions of amylase 2000L were obtained by evaluating the amylase activity as follows: pH 6.0 and temperature at 70. To develop ℃ a one-step process for enzymatic desizing and scouring, effect of alkaline pectinase, cellulase, xylanase or lipase on activity of amylase was respectively studied under optimum amylase reaction conditions, and effect on amylase activity mixed with four scouring enzymes was also studied. The results showed that the amylase retained more than 80% of its activity mixed with other enzymes. In addition, under the optimum conditions stability of amylase and amylase activity in different buffers were investigated to provide a theoretical support for one-bath desizing and scouring with mixed enzymes.
