Determination of the Mechanical Factors Affecting Worsted Wool Fabric Style

摘要：

This papers purpose is to find mechanical factors which effected worsted fabric mechanical properties. We take FAST fabric style instrument to test nine basic mechanical properties (including tensile、bending and compression performance) of 31 kinds of worsted wool fabrics with minimum stress. Then four main mechanical factors and the relationships between four main mechanical properties and nine basic mechanical properties are obtained by the method of principle component analysis. Finally, according to the weight of four main mechanical factors, they are defined as latitudinal deformation factor, meridional deformation facto, soft factor and fluffy factor.
