Study on the Relationship between Split Force and Sizing Technological Parameters

摘要：

The definition of split force and testing method was gave in this paper, when sizing, the first was to ensure the other factor unchanged, then through changing respectively the operating speed of sizing machine, force of pressure roller, warp density, the relationship exists between these factors and split force were studied. The conclusion is that there is not obvious relationship between operating speed and split force, inverse relation exists between force of pressure roller and split force, and positive correlation exists between warp density and split force, in addition, regression equations of them were got, which had important meaning for the accurate control of sizing quality.
