Aromatic Leather Prepared with Rose Fragrance Nanocapsule in Wet End Process

Aromatic leather was prepared with rose fragrance nanocapsule in leather wet end process. The influence of the process condition such as rose fragrance nanocapsule content, pH and reaction time on the rose fragrance nanocapsule efficiency and sensory evaluation of the aromatic leather was investigated in detail. The sensory evaluation of the aromatic leather prepared with rose fragrance nanocapsule and rose fragrance dividedly after placed for different time has been tested. The result showed that the optimal condition were pH 7, liquid ration10, reaction time 5 hours. The fragrance of the aromatic leather prepared with nanocapsule had unnoticeable change after placing for 40days. The aromatic leather with rose fragrance nanocapsule had an excellent sustained release property in compared to that with rose fragrance.
