Matching Technology and Application of Snubbing Operation
Snubbing technology in China has undergone nearly half a century of research, development and promotion of application. It has been used for onshore oil, gas and water wells. According to the well string and the casing an nular space fluid pressure and the upper force on the string by the fluid pressure, choosing a different pressure level snubbing equipment and matching techniques to control the different wells requires different string structures, differ ent operating procedures and different methods of well completion with appropriate selection of sealing technology and plug tools. The application of this technology, at the highest level, can avoid formation pollution and main tain the original production. Its advantages include saving energy and emission reduction, increasing individual well production rate and environmental protection. At the same time, it provides a good foundation for long -term field development and stable production. Currently, the technological research and application in China is still at an elementary stage. Compared to big companies, there is still a difference with the equipment performance, con struction, technical capabilities and field application. We therefore have to further improve the application of this technology and supply high -quality service in the oil and gas field development as the focus of future research to further promote the use of this technology.
