Technology Development of EILog Full -Suit Logging System
Driven by core objectives of identifying oil/gas reservoirs and promoting oil/gas reserves and production, the EILog logging system has been developed under the guiding principles of integrating R&D, manufacturing and services. The EILog logging system is an oil/gas evaluation -oriented system, including integrated conventional logging, localized imaging logging, formation evaluation logging while drilling production logging and through casing logging, digital coring technology, integrated software and logging networks. When applied to major CNPC oil/gas fields and some overseas markets, the EILog logging system has achieved remarkable results in solving eval uation problems such as low porosity, low resistivity, complex lithology, water -flooded pays, horizontal wells, tight gas etc. Thus it has formed unique concepts of evaluating oil/gas reserves and predicting well productivity by the combination of imager logging and digital coring technology.
