High -resolution Logging Technologies of Daqing Oil Field
As an oilfield enters the late development stage, the major production comes from thin and poor formations, and thick layers containing remaining oil. Therefore Daqing Oil Field developed a series of high -resolution log ging tools and interpretation methods. For evaluation of the thin and poor formations,Huiyan -1000 high -resolution express logging platform has been developed. In order to further enhance the vertical resolution of logging tools,an express logging platform with the resolution of 0. 2m has been put forward. The research works concentrated on density, natural gamma,spontane ous potential and sonic logging, as well as lateral resistivity logging tools. For the water -flooded zone evaluation during the later stage of oil field development, the water -flooding mechanism in zones of different thickness has been studied. A series of interpretation methods of water -flooded zones have been formed gradually and the corre sponding software platform has been developed.
