Multi-view Video Coding Scheme with Enhanced View Random Access

摘要：

In Multi-view Video Coding scheme, view random access is an important performance to evaluate an encoding schemes interactivity. An enhanced scheme of Multiview Video Coding (MVC) was proposed, which based on the analysis and experiments of current MVC coding scheme. The proposed scheme by means of length decrease of hierarchical B pictures GOP (temporal layer) to improve view random access. Experiments show that the enhanced scheme with more performance of view random access under slightly lower of PSNR.
