120-GHz-Band Wireless Link System For 15Gbit/s ASK transceiver

摘要：

This paper demonstrated the feasibility of a 120-GHz wireless link communication system. The main components have been developed by our team. Using the characteristics of the components, we certificated a gigabit-class wireless system at terahertz. The system worked in ASK mode, the transmission data reaches 15Gbit/s, and the transmission distance is 2000m.
