Design of Quasi-optical System for Plasma Radiometer
This paper presents the design of a quasi-optical system for plasma radiometer at l00GHz to 170GHz. The system is designed to direct the EM emission in the plasma to a corrugated waveguide for temperature diagnosis. The designed system is simulated by using a three dimensional visual software based on the diffracted Gaussian beam analysis (DGBA). The simulations show that the designed quasi-optical system satisfies the required specification.
