Evaluation of Enterprise R&D Internationalization

摘要：

With the continuous development of enterprise R&D internationalization in our country,how to conduct an effective evaluation has a significant meaning and and it is also a necessity for the development of enterprise R&D itself.The paper established the evaluation index system of enterprise R&D internationalization from internationalization of R&D capital,organization,activity and output.Taking the shortcoming of impossible to horizontal comparation using traditional Scatter-Degree approach into consideration,the paper built improved Scatter-Degree approach and used it to evaluate the level of enterprise R&D internationalization both horizontally and longitudinally.At the end of the paper,We proposed suggestions aiming at improving the level of enterprise R&D internationalization in our country.
