Mobile Publishing Ontologies:A Semantic-Based Service Management Model for the Mobile Publishing
Mobile publishing promoted several industries development,which included cultural and creative industry,telecommunication industry,software vendors and hardware vendors.Mobile publishing completely depended on the mobile network.However,mobile network are based on an unreliable radio transmission,roundtrip-delay and uneasily predictable costs for mobile usage.Consumers wanted to reduce costs and improved the quality of mobile communication 3G provided a technology solution.On the other hand.Mobile publishing has own characteristics,which included dynamically changing contents for reading,copyright protection and the limitation resource of the mobile devices.As a young industry,mobile publishing industry chain has not yet formed.The functions of each participant arent identifiable and adapt own standards.These factors affected the development of mobile publishing industry.This paper presented a based work of service management for the mobile publishing-mobile publishing ontologies.It can provide interoperability between services.
