Empirical Study on Circulation Efficiency of Fujian Province

摘要：

The paper measures the circulation efficiency of the cities in Fujian province by CCR method.The result shows that the circulation efficiency of Fujian province generally performs well,but the productivity of employees and the utilization of assets still need improving for some cities.
