LOCALIZED OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CHINESE MULTINATIONALS
This article first analyzes Chinese multinationals in terms of motive of localization strategy, current status of development and problems in localization process. It then advances some measures and suggestions to help the multinationals to seek the feasible operation strategies so as to achieve globalization.
