A MULTI-STAGE HEURISTIC METHOD FOR STEELMAKING CHARGE BATCH PLANNING
A multi-objective mixed integer programming model is established in order to solve the complex problem of steelmaking charge batch planning. To solve the complex multi-constrained, multi-objective steelmaking charge batch planning model, a multi-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed from the experience of the experts. The algorithm is tested by online data. Results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly workout the optimal steelmaking charge batch planning, and can lay the firm groundwork for application to production process in the future.
