PEST ANALYSIS OF CHINA TENNIS OPEN

摘要：

Pest analysis is a frequently used method by enterprises to analyze the external environment in their operation. This method now has become widely applied to various behaviours of organization, such as the analysis of the external environment of some events. The paper intends to apply the Pest analysis to analyze the external environment of China Tennis Open held in Beijing since 2004.
