THE IMPACT ANALYSIS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF E-GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT BASED ON HOTELLING MODEL

With the continuous progress of financial reform and the implement of electronic technics, government procurement, especially E-government procurement, is attached more and more importance to. Through the analysis in this paper, we find that the instruction of B-government procurement is useful to realize the competition between tenders and establish a united market of government procurement. The main model of this article is the classic model of Hotelling, based on which we will compare the probability of winning the tender, the quoted price, and so on.
