RESEARCH ON KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES INTEGRATION IN MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES AFTER M&A
Business processes integration is very imperative to enable the two entities that were independent with each other previously to work more effectively after M&A, but previous research has neglected the issue by and large. This paper selects the scope and extent of integration as the main variables to establish a Five-Pattern Model of business processes integration. On the basis of this, manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example to research on key business processes integration. The selection of key processes is influenced by many factors such as business environment, strategy, and marketing features. Every key process has its principles and methods to integrate under the guidance of different integration patterns.
