THE OPTIMIZATION IN THE STABILITY REGION OF DEMAND INFORMATION SHARING SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEM
Based on control engineering theory, a DIS two-echelon supply chain dynamic model was established. Under the stability conditions, this research determines a group of optimum solutions in the stability region of the system. The solutions make all performances of the system Pareto optimum. The optimum performance and the corresponding system parameters can be obtained with different lead time values in the stability region. Valuable insights into the influence of the system parameters on the performances of the optimum system are obtained, and managerial strategies are proposed.
