CONSTRUCTION OF SYNERGIC MANAGEMENT MECHANISM MODEL FOR GOVERNMENT-FUNDED PROJECTS

According to the characteristics and existing problems of government-funded projects, synergic management in government-funded projects is defined. And on the base of analysing the necessity of implementing synergic management in government-funded projects, a mechanism model for synergic management is constructed, which consists of formation mechanism, realization mechanism and incentive-restricted mechanism. And the three mechanisms function modules, action mechanisms and relationships are respectively illustrated in detail.
