ANALYSIS INFORMATIONIZATION CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ARTEME

摘要：

With the rapid development of information technology, human society is advancing to the knowledge economy irreversibly; the effective way to achieve scientific project management is informationization construction. This paper points out that the necessity of project management informationization construction in advanced track transportation equipment manufacturing industry at first, and analysis the keys and difficulties even the problems in project management informationization construction through the research on project management informationization construction current situation of advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry. Finally in order to play better and more scientific role of project management in advanced track transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises, some suggestions have be taken to strengthen project management informationization construction in advanced track transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises.
