POST-EVALUATION ON THE AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS JOINT VENTURE PROJECT

摘要：

This paper developed a post-evaluation model and its index system, which suited the automotive components joint venture projects. It formed a comprehensive evaluation system and method, in which the financial dimension and the strategic dimension were integrated in a Boston Matrix. It can help enterprises accurately positioning the joint venture and then determining the operation direction. In the last section, we applied the post-evaluation model to a Chinese-German joint venture project from the point view of the Chinese partner, and we got the evaluation result and its suggestions. This set of post-evaluation method can be applied to other competitive industry without or with only slight modification.
