RESEARCH ON THE RUNNING MECHANISM AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION AGENT SYSTEM IN GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT PROJECTS

With the increase of government investment projects in China, the characters of the construction projects are large-scale and complicated. Construction Agent System is a new project management model to adjust to the urgent investment needs of improving construction efficiency and investment level. By analysing the problems of project management in government investment projects, the author learns from the theory of the four major management mechanisms in the areas of human resource, and builds the running mechanism of the Construction Agent System. Based on traction mechanism, this paper brings forward the performance evaluation system and new evaluation method of the construction agent companies. Then, a project, a case study of the Construction Agent System, is analysed by Grey Path Analysis.
