PROJECT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT BASED ON CRITICAL CHAIN METHOD

摘要：

According to the limitations of traditional project schedule management, introducing the critical chain method, by using the mathematical model, this research designs the Algorithm Based on Heuristic Rules of Priority to identify and determine the critical chain in project. Constructed the Project Schedule Management Model, and applied it to a practical project to test its feasibility and effectiveness. This research is not only a new exploration of the critical chain, but also provides effective methods for project decision-makers in the vortex of resource constraints.
