RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURAL MODEL OF ENTERPRISE R&D CAPABILITY

摘要：

The insufficiency of R&D capability is a serious obstacle to establish and maintain competitive advantage for Chinese enterprises. And how to enhance R&D capability, though a focus of all the society, remains to be unsolved. This paper begins with a critical analysis of the nature, structure and internal developing procedure of R&D capability from two dimensionalities: the R&D capability quality and capability process. And then countermeasures are offered based on the problems existed in the process of enhancing the Chinese enterprise R&D capability.
