FROM SALES AGENT TO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITOR: CATCH-UP STRATEGY OF MINDRAY IN THE GLOBAL MARKET
How past sales agents become international competitor to their used principals is one topic less addressed in the past research. This article use a comprehensive case research to investigate the strategy and technological innovation applied to realize such kind of role change. The findings contribute to the understanding of catch-up in a globally linked environment.
