STUDY ON THE INDEX IMPORTANCE OF ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE BASED ON DEPHI AND AHP
Enterprise performance management is one of the important contents and effective means of modern enterprise management. In the paper, the comprehensive enterprise performance index system that consists of the following five aspects: financial performance, customer performance, internal operation performance, human resources performance, social responsibility performance is built according to scientific principles. Then Dephi method is adopted to determine the importance between the indexes and the Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to determine index weight. It is proved that they are very precise and can be used as a good foundation for nterprise performance management.
