RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF STRATEGIC DECISION CHART OF THE COMBINATION EFFICIENCY OF RESOURCEGROWTH RATE

摘要：

According to the principle of matrix analysis chart of competitive superioritypath quantity of obtaining competitive superiority of Boston Consultation Company in 1983, the paper establishes the strategic decision chart of the combination efficiency of resourcegrowth rate by using method of production function model. In the strategic decision chart, the horizontal coordinate is synthesizing average level of the enterprise combination efficiency of total resource, it reflects static level of enterprise most optimum distribution of resources in a period; And the vertical coordinate is the growth rate of enterprise combination efficiency of resource, it reflects dynamic change tendency of enterprise resource utilization and combination effectiveness in the same period. This strategic decision chart is association of activity and inertia, and it reflects comprehensively intensity of enterprise competitive advantage and tendency of enterprise sustainable development by ration target, so it will provide scientific basis for formulating management strategy of the enterprise sustainable development.
