AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE DECISION MAKING MODEL BASED ON EVOLUTIONARY GAME THEORY
Emergency response decision making is a challenge task in crisis management. Many researchers have studied how to make decision effectively and efficiently in such crisis circumstance. The core issue of the crisis management is resource allocation. This paper proposed an emergency response decision making model based on evolutionary game theory (ERDMM-EGT) which illustrates how to allocate resource in the hypothesis of uncertainty situation and limited rational. Only through repeat game, can the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) be reached. It is an indispensable step that can generate feedback mechanism. An example for resource allocation is given to illustrate application of the model.
