STABILITY OF HORIZONTAL MULTI-COOPERATION

摘要：

To meet the requirements of drastic competition nowadays, enterprises tend to deploy horizontal cooperative techniques, in order to cut down the overall cost, and therefore improve their performances. Although efficient, the improvement is essentially based on the effective cooperation and fair allocation of profit among the enterprises. In this paper, by integrating the calculation of the potential profit with the n-person cooperation game theory, we conclude that the horizontal multi-cooperation conducted within the frame given could remain be stable.
